Quality you can check

Instead of testimonials and awards — a process and thresholds. You can check every criterion yourself, without us.

Six stages

Stages may be short but are never skipped. Framing and boundaries are mandatory even for a small task.

  • 01 · Framing
We phrase the task as a decision: who, does what, what changes. Output — a short memo with open questions.
  • 02 · Boundaries
We split wishes into “first release”, “later” and “no”. We write down why.
  • 03 · Prototype
We show structure and flows before visual polish. Changes are cheapest here.
  • 04 · Build
We develop in iterations with intermediate builds you can open and check.
  • 05 · Verification
We go through the written criteria in the table below. Anything unmet is recorded, not hidden.
  • 06 · Hand-over
We hand over code, access and instructions. We help with release if agreed.

Quality criteria

Specific thresholds are agreed per project. The table shows the baseline set we start from.

CriterionThresholdHow we check
ReadabilityBody text is not smaller than the agreed minimum; contrast meets WCAG 2.2 AAContrast checker, review on a phone
ResponsivenessNo horizontal scrolling at 390, 768 and 1440 pxBrowser at set viewport widths
KeyboardAll menus and forms work by keyboard, Escape closes panels, focus is visibleManual Tab walk-through
Honest statesA form never says “sent” until the server confirms acceptanceTest with the mail service disabled
MotionWith “reduce motion” enabled, animations are switched offSystem setting

BuildThe app runs on agreed devices without crashes in core flowsWritten scenario checklist

Questions about the method

Can the prototype be skipped?

For very simple sites the prototype may be a one-page diagram. We will still show the structure before building.

Who decides a criterion is met?

We run the check and show the result; the final acceptance decision is yours. Disagreements are recorded in writing.

Do you give a guarantee?

Warranty-fix terms are set in the contract for each project. We do not promise general guarantees on this site.

What if a criterion is not met?

We record the gap, explain why and propose options: fix it, change the threshold by agreement, or consciously defer.
